On Saturday, October 4, 2025 the ASRCNL hosted an Awards Dinner celebration at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 38 . Lacie Bennett Colson and Griffin Chaisson were selected as our Regional Winners of the Tom Longboat Award and will be travelling to Ottawa the end of October for the National Gala hosted by the ASC.

Arlene Blanchard-White received the King Charles Coronation Medal for her community service and dedication to Youth and Culture in our Indigenous communities and our Province.

We were honored to celebrate their success and privileged to be able to host in the communities we serve. Thanks to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 38 for providing such a beautiful location with our ancestors proudly looking upon us as our Elder indicated, the Ladies Auxiliary for the beautiful meal they prepared for us, everyone in attendance and to our staff for taking the time and care in decorating and celebrating what we do best in the name of Sport, Recreation and Physical activity for the indigenous people of our Province.
